Just be yourself
  v. 2.1

Me

It is one of three factors that form our personality. "Me" is something we have inside of us and this something deals with our perception of our own selves. Al of us has certain point of view to us, our lives and our character. Fancy that this point of view never matches with real state of things. Psychologists state that there is no single person in the world able to recognize his or her personality in the right way.

There are a lot of people who inclined to underestimating of their selves. They are people with low self-esteem and that lowness is resulted by attitude of other people towards the person. As a rule people with low self-esteem are the people who were constantly told about their shortcomings only. They are people who never were complimented for something they have done. Instead of being complimented they were told about they are not good enough.

Another deviation of the real state of thing is overestimating of its own self. Some people are inclined for overestimating of their self. They believe that they are smarter and better than they are indeed. So, their "Me" runs counter the real personality. It is also common that their "Me" runs counter the point of view of other people. As a result of the running counter conflicts appear.

So, it is obvious that there is no such person who recognizes him or her self just the way it is indeed. It is also common that difference between points of view people have to their selves and points of view other people have to them is common reason for conflicts to appear. Be more attentive to your own selves and be more patient to other people and their attitude towards you. Listen for critic they express and think over it. It is a perfect opportunity to become better than you are now.
